Alan Bush is one of the premier digital marketing experts in the field. With over a decade of experience, Bush has held the Director role at multiple agencies, worked on hundreds of clients (both Fortune 500 and start-ups) as well as co-created and co-hosted two Internet marketing podcasts both with international followings. In addition, Bush has been a guest speaker and panelist at several marketing events and teaches two accredited courses on Search Engine Optimization and Web Analytics at the University of California, San Diego, respectively.

Eythor Westman is widely recognized as a paid media and search engine marketing expert whose background includes experience at three leading digital marketing agencies and an advertising technology company. He has directly managed tens of millions in online advertising spend and has spent over a decade consistently creating profitable growth for clients through advanced digital advertising strategies.

At Ignite Visibility, Eythor manages the Paid Media department, including process improvement, hiring, training, and technology partnerships. He is also directly involved in many client initiatives where he applies data science and competitive analysis to guide strategy. Under Eythor’s leadership, the Paid Media department has grown monthly, recurring revenue by over 300% in the last two years.

Eythor holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington and is certified through Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics. He has also been a frequent web analytics instructor and guest lecturer at The University of California, San Diego, since 2013.

Christian Nicolini carries an impressive background in performance marketing and data science, with a proven track record of enabling growth through advanced digital strategies. Dustin Baly is the Head of Email Marketing at Ignite Visibility, where he helps clients maximize their profitable engagement with leads and customers. With over 18 years of digital marketing experience, Dustin has managed Shari’s Berries’ marketing under Liberty Interactive Corporation and grew the business from less than $10 million to over $100 million in sales. He has also worked at a large search engine as strategy manager, where he advised Fortune 500 companies, top e-commerce businesses, and marketing agencies on direct response search marketing. Additionally, he has managed marketing for several other e-commerce businesses and insurance agencies. Dustin has a B.A. degree in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and outside of the office, he enjoys riding vintage surfboards at San Diego’s well-known surf spots and spending time with his wife and two children.
